2022 – Ole Samara Collection

Olesamara is a family-owned and run “boutique resort” located on a 12-acre private property in central Kenya. The property boasts prolific bird life and is a natural habitat of the endangered colobus monkey. As a short-term rental estate, the collection includes three luxury tents and six suites with options for self-catering. Like most Airbnb, Olesamara started out as a hobby in Dec. 2018 and has primarily grown by word of mouth, Facebook (Meta), and Instagram postings. Following its recent rebranding, the owners need assistance in aligning both promotional and property management strategies. More specifically, they need assistance in identifying new marketing channels as well as developing new promotional material.
